By registering for this webinar and accepting these Terms and Conditions, you expressly consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information by Maserumule Corporate Employment Law in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).   1. Your personal information, including but not limited to your name, contact details, and professional details, will be collected and processed for the purpose of facilitating your participation in the webinar, managing attendance, and providing relevant content and follow-up information.
  2. By accepting these terms, you consent to Maserumule Corporate Employment Law contacting you regarding information related to this webinar, future forums / webinars and relevant updates, newsletters, or marketing materials.
  3. You may opt out of receiving communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option in our emails or contacting us at bonita@masconsulting.co.za.

The content may not be modified or republished in any way without the prior consent of Maserumule. If you seek to reproduce or otherwise use the content in any way, it is your responsibility to obtain approval for such use where necessary. Any breach of copyright, including recording the presentation or any unauthorised use of the content may lead to legal action.

REGISTRATIONS AND CANCELLATION:

The full webinar fee is payable should a delegate not dial in / join or cancel on the day of the webinar. The fee is applicable even if the failure to join a webinar is due to technical issues on the part of the participant, unless otherwise agreed. If you have paid and are unable to attend, you may send a substitute. Please inform us at bonita@masconsulting.co.za should you wish to do so. Should Maserumule cancel the proposed training, registered delegates will be given reasonable notice of the cancellation and all fees paid by the delegate will be refunded.

If you are registering on behalf of someone else, you accept these terms and conditions on their behalf and confirm that you have their consent to disclose their personal information to us.

OTHER:

The webinar is conducted in English only. The webinar will be delivered through MS TEAMS. Please ensure that you have MS TEAMS installed on your computer prior to commencement of the webinar.
Fees are per delegate and not per screen.
